Strategic CFO mandate with direct access to ownership High-impact role with visibility across finance and operations Monitor financial performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend actions Assess risks and opportunities and implement mitigation strategies Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementManage dual revenue recognition: Establish and maintain effective internal controls Optimize capital structure and financing activities Financial Analysis & Reporting Perform variance, cost, and profitability analysis Implement risk management frameworks to mitigate financial exposure Mitigate FX exposure across USD/CAD transactions Lead internal and external audits and liaise with auditors Build and lead a high-performing finance team Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Construction industry experience preferred, ideally with percentage-of-completion accounting Proven ownership of EBITDA and cash flow forecasting
