Role Description The Finance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Warri.



This role oversees daily finance operations, including funds monitoring, deposits, loans, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring accurate accounting records. The Finance Supervisor will supervise finance staff, coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities, and support internal and external audits and visit branches.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of finance and accounting, with the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations and support strategic financial planning.
- Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise and mentor team members, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and communicate financial information clearly.
- Prior experience working in a bank is MANDATORY
