We are seeking an experienced Finance leader to oversee FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial close activities while managing a small team and partnering with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and review financial reports and executive presentations.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Support cash management, financial planning, and compliance activities.
