Position: Financial Reporting Manager

Reporting to the Senior Financial Reporting Manager, the Financial Reporting Manager is an integral part of our Global Finance Team, with a primary focus on global intercompany and transfer pricing activities. The role will take ownership of key processes across the Group while supporting a broader range of finance projects across our global offices. A hands-on approach will be required to manage core responsibilities and provide financial insight across the business.

Primary responsibilities include

Prepare transfer pricing recharge workings, gather relevant information from global finance, tax and operational teams, and review outputs in line with the Group’s transfer pricing policy and supporting documentation requirements;

Own and coordinate global intercompany balances and transactions, including staff and cost recharges, group recharge reviews and the timely resolution of differences to support data integrity across entities;

Support the annual budgeting process for global cost centres, including review of key areas (such as IT costs) to ensure alignment with intercompany recharge methodologies and transfer pricing principles;

Support global statutory audits and financial statement preparation, including review of deliverables and coordination with internal stakeholders for audit and filing purposes, as prepared under IFRS or local GAAP;

Prepare global cash flow and liquidity analysis;

Review board reports and regulatory filings;

Support technical accounting matters, developing subject matter knowledge while working collaboratively with senior team members;

Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and aligning with organisational goals;

Uphold global internal controls and policies, and support the standardisation of documentation to drive consistency and efficiencies;

Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting, as required.

What You

Bring In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

An internationally recognised accounting or financial industry designation (e.g.



CPA, CA or CIA), with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience;

Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (primarily IFRS 10, IFRS 9, IFRS 15 and IFRS 16);

Exposure to intercompany accounting, cost allocations or multi-entity environments is an advantage, but not required;

Proven ability to work effectively with large teams across multiple jurisdictions and time zones;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills;

Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines;

Proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment;

Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and discretion; and

Solid analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience working with analytical BI tools an advantage.

À propos du poste

Relevant du directeur principal de l’information financière, le directeur de l’information financière fait partie intégrante de notre équipe mondiale des finances et se concentre principalement sur les activités mondiales intersociétés et en matière de prix de transfert. Le titulaire du poste s’appropriera les processus clés dans l’ensemble du Groupe tout en soutenant un plus large éventail de projets financiers dans nos bureaux à l’étranger. Une approche pratique sera nécessaire pour gérer les responsabilités fondamentales et fournir des analyses financières à l’ensemble de l’entreprise.

Les principales responsabilités comprennent les suivantes :

Assurer le fonctionnement de la refacturation des prix de transfert, recueillir les renseignements pertinents auprès des équipes mondiales des finances, de la fiscalité et des opérations, et examiner les résultats conformément à la politique du Groupe en matière de prix de transfert et aux exigences en matière de documents justificatifs.

Coordonner les soldes et les opérations intersociétés mondiales, y compris les refacturations des coûts et celles liées au personnel, les examens des refacturations du groupe et la résolution en temps opportun des écarts, et en assumer la responsabilité afin de garantir l’intégrité des données dans l’ensemble des entités.

Soutenir le processus de budgétisation annuelle pour les centres de coûts mondiaux, y compris l’examen des domaines clés (tels que les coûts informatiques) pour assurer l’harmonisation avec les méthodologies de refacturation intersociétés et les principes de prix de transfert.

Soutenir les vérifications légales à l’échelle mondiale et la préparation des états financiers, y compris l’examen des livrables et la coordination avec les parties prenantes internes aux fins de vérification et de dépôt, tels que préparés selon les normes IFRS ou PCGR locales.

Préparer une analyse mondiale du flux de trésorerie et des liquidités.

Examiner les rapports du conseil d’administration et les dépôts de documents réglementaires.
