We are a focused finishing carpentry company specializing in high-quality interior finish work for new multi-unit residential buildings. Our projects typically range from 60 to 200+ units. We value precision, speed, teamwork and consistent quality on site.
What You’ll Be Doing (On-the-job training and skill development for candidates who already have some carpentry experience and want to grow in finish work)
- Install prehung interior doors (single, double, pocket and barn)
- Install door and window trim, baseboards and casing
- Install closet shelving systems and related hardware
- Install kitchen cabinetry, vanities and related hardware
- Install door hardware, bathroom hardware and closet hardware
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow site safety protocols
- Work efficiently as part of a production-oriented team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in interior finish carpentry (multi-unit residential preferred)
- Ability to work accurately and productively in a production environment
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools
- Reliable, detail-oriented and safety-conscious
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation (asset)
- Ability to lift and handle materials (doors, cabinets, etc.)
