Fir and Myrtle is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Supervisor

- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

- Working Hours: 30 – 44 hours/week

- Number of Positions: 1

- Work Location: 9A 102 Bow Meadows Crescent, Canmore, AB T1W 2W9

- 4% vacation pay

Job Duties

- Monitor and organize inventory and place orders for merchandise as needed

- Assign sales workers duties and shift schedules

- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes and staffing-related issues

- Address customer complaints and resolve any related issues

- Supervise sales staff in their daily tasks

- Recruit and train recent members of the sales team

Job Requirements

- Experience: 1~2 years of sales experience is required

- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
