Position Summary The Production Support role works from a central workstation on our bouquet production floor and helps keep the day’s work organized and moving. Based on the Manager’s direction, this role prints, organizes & distributes production jobs/labels to the bouquet team, coordinates the flowers needed for upcoming jobs, and communicates production or product issues to the appropriate teams.

This is a hands-on production-floor position, not a traditional office role. The coordinator works in a cool, temperature-controlled environment and stands throughout the shift while regularly participating in production jobs.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Print, sort and organize the labels needed for each day’s bouquet production.

· Distribute production jobs and labels to Bouquet Designers based on the day’s production plan and direction from the Bouquet Manager.





· Coordinate flower availability and production needs with Purchasing, Floral Runners, and Bouquet Designers to help keep production moving.

· Gather and communicate information on product shortages, substitutions, and quality concerns, including documentation needed for follow-up or supplier claims

· Organize bouquet supplies and other materials required for daily production.

· Maintain an organized central workstation and help keep production information accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

· Experience coordinating work in a production, warehouse, manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment is an asset.

· Solid computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft applications.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to keep track of multiple production jobs at the same time.

· Able to work at a steady pace and adjust priorities as production needs change.

· Comfortable standing throughout the shift.

· Comfortable working in a cool, temperature-controlled production environment.

· This is an existing vacant position within our production team.
