Warehouse Receiver & Organizer – Multiple Positions

Pay: $27.00/hr fixed for your first 6 weeks, then $19.00/hr + performance bonus (up to $43.00/hr)

About the Role

TTS is hiring Receivers and Organizers for our dry and frozen warehouse areas in South Scarborough. Receivers handle incoming shipments and Organizers manage put-away and stock organization to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Open Positions

- 2 × Daytime Receiver — Dry area, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM. English required.
- 3 × Daytime Organizer — Dry or Frozen area, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM. +$3.00/hr for time worked in the frozen area. English required.
- 1 × Afternoon Organizer — Dry or Frozen area, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM.

All positions require working 6 days a week (Mon–Sat, or Mon–Fri plus Sunday).





What We're Looking For

- Forklift license required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse experience
- Able to work a 6-day weekly schedule

Compensation

- New hires start at a fixed $27.00/hr for the first 6 weeks
- After 6 weeks: $19.00/hr base pay, plus performance bonus
- Frozen area premium: +$3.00/hr
- Current Organizers earn an effective post-bonus rate of $19/hr up to $43/hr depending on individual performance
- Note: the mandatory 30-minute break is unpaid
