About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing infrastructure company serving the commercial fleet and insurance sector, built to help large organizations make sense of vehicle and telematics data at scale. Backed by a top-tier venture investor and having recently closed a Series A, the company has reached solid product-market fit and is now scaling its enterprise customer base. Its team works in person, processing large volumes of data daily to power decision-making for major players in insurance and fleet management.
The Role
This is a newly created, senior post-sales technical role for someone who has owned enterprise implementations end-to-end and wants to build the playbook, not just follow one. You'll sit inside a dedicated account pod, taking a signed enterprise contract all the way through technical integration, production readiness, and fleet-wide scaling. This is a build-it-yourself mandate: you'll define the standards, checklists, and escalation processes that shape how the company delivers for its largest customers going forward.
What You Will Do
Lead technical solutioning and integration design for enterprise accounts, mapping out delivery approach, data environment, and dependencies from day one Define and own the readiness criteria that determine when a customer is truly ready to go live, spanning technical, data-quality, security, and customer-side checks Guide enterprise customers from their first live integration through full-scale rollout,
tracking sync health and performance along the way Take ownership of technical escalations and incidents from start to resolution, looping in additional technical support only when workload demands it Build and maintain the playbooks, runbooks, and issue-tracking systems that turn one-off fixes into repeatable, scalable processes
What You Bring
Proven experience delivering technical implementations for large enterprise customers in a post-sales capacity, not in pre-sales or general support roles Robust grounding in data engineering fundamentals, including APIs, data pipelines, and warehouse replication, and a clear sense of what data completeness and latency mean for downstream teams A track record of pushing security and data-governance reviews to resolution rather than letting them stall a launch The ability to translate technical detail for executive audiences and turn customer requirements into scope that engineering teams can act on A high-urgency, ownership-driven approach to escalations, with the discipline to drive complex work toward a dated outcome
Why This Role
This is a chance to build a function from the ground up rather than inherit someone else's process. You'll have direct influence over how a scaling company defines technical readiness and customer success for its most important accounts, working closely with senior leadership and shaping a playbook that every future hire in the role will use.
