Fox Burger's Westmount is the third location of a growing independent brand of Fox Burger. With locations in Highlands (Edmonton) and Leduc, AB. The menu focuses on craft burgers and Alberta micro-brewed craft beer.

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food service environments. This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively restaurant setting where teamwork and professionalism are valued.

Prior experience in the food industry, including serving or barista roles, is highly preferred. Candidates should be committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and handling, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable visit.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures




- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in serving or hospitality roles
- Knowledge of the food industry, including food safety standards and proper handling techniques
- Robust customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Experience as a barista or in food preparation is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to handle food safely according to health regulations
