Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in working in a busy and fast pace environmet who can also multitask. We are seeking for someone who is highly organized and enthusiastic.

Duties:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- File, organize, and maintain records
- Process payments and insurance claims
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Type correspondence and documents accurately
- Proofread documents for errors before distribution
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Experience: The successful candidate should ideally have:

- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently





- Excellent proofreading skills

- Strong organizational abilities
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
