Burlington
Elite Performance Center is a 24/7 training facility built for people who take their health, fitness, and performance seriously.
Located in central Burlington with easy highway access from Guelph Line and Walkers Line, EPC has become a go-to destination for strength training, HYROX preparation, athletic performance, and everyday fitness. Our facility combines a high-level training environment with a strong sense of community, creating a space where members feel motivated, supported, and challenged every time they walk through the doors.
In addition to our gym and growing HYROX program, EPC proudly works alongside our in-house sister clinic, Progressive Sports Medicine. Their team of chiropractors, physiotherapists, athletic therapists, and registered massage therapists helps support our members through injury rehabilitation, recovery, and performance care. As a team, we work closely together to help our community train hard, recover properly, and perform at their best.
