Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their dining experience
- Take and serve orders accurately while maintaining a lively and engaging demeanor
- Assist in food preparation, including baking, food handling, and basic cooking tasks to support kitchen operations
- Decorate cakes and desserts with creativity and precision to meet customer specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area and kitchen workspace
- Package baked goods and prepared foods carefully for takeout or delivery orders
- Follow food safety standards diligently to ensure quality and hygiene at all times
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience or familiarity with food industry standards is preferred
- Skills in cake decorating, baking, and food presentation are highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks such as cooking, packaging, and basic kitchen duties
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or training in food industry operations is a plus
