Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients’ requests and offering expert recommendations
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards to ensure a safe workplace for clients and staff
- Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and retail product sales
- Upsell retail products by educating clients on styling tools, hair care items, and treatments that enhance their look




- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, maintenance tips, and aftercare instructions
- Support team members during busy periods by sharing expertise and maintaining a positive atmosphere

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling or related beauty services; certification or licensing as required by local regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product benefits
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to uphold hygiene standards in all services performed
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
