Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and deeply committed Lead Casa Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year. In this role, you will guide a classroom of Casa-aged children (2.5 to 6 years), utilizing your knowledge of the Montessori method to foster their intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Classroom Management: Maintain a peaceful, orderly, and beautifully prepared Casa environment using traditional Montessori materials.
- Curriculum Delivery: Observe, lesson-plan, and deliver individualized Montessori presentations tailored to each child's developmental stage.
- Child Guidance: Foster independence, self-regulation, and grace and courtesy among students.
- Communication: Maintain open, professional communication with parents regarding child progress.
- Collaboration:



Work closely with classroom assistants to maintain safety, hygiene, and a positive classroom dynamic.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Montessori Training: A Casa Montessori Diploma from a recognized training institution (MACTE-accredited, AMI, AMS, or equivalent training/experience).
- Early Childhood Background: An RECE designation is considered an asset but is not required.
- Experience: Previous experience leading or assisting in a Montessori Casa classroom is preferred.
- Clearances (Mandatory before start date):
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening (Criminal Reference Check)
- Up-to-date immunizations and negative TB test results
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Key Skills: Strong English communication skills, excellent time-management, patience, and a genuine love for early childhood development.
