- Provide general orthopedic care and specialized treatments
- Participate in elective OR time and hospital-based cast clinic
- Share on-call responsibilities, averaging 1:5
- Engage in locum placement for team integration
- Maintain certification with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC Requirements:
- Eligible for FRCSC certification in orthopaedics
- Experience with community orthopedic practices
