Thames Valley Family Health Team in Woodstock, Ontario is seeking a Mental Health Counsellor (Full time, Regular) to provide assessment, ongoing treatment and management of biopsychosocial health for identified patients. Working with an inter-professional healthcare provider team, the counsellor will assist health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management across a patient’s lifespan.

This role currently provides virtual care and will start in Woodstock.
