Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Fundraising Manager to lead our organization’s efforts in securing vital financial support to advance our mission. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies, cultivate strong relationships with donors and partners, and oversee a diverse portfolio of fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Design and execute comprehensive fundraising plans aligned with organizational goals, including campaigns, events, grants, and individual giving programs.
- Develop and execute campaign calendars (Ramadan, Qurbani, Zakat, emergency appeals, and other seasonal campaigns)
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors, sponsors, foundations, and community partners to maximize engagement and support
- Build and maintain relationships with community and mosque leaders, and corporate partners.
- Develop compelling marketing materials and communication strategies to promote fundraising campaigns across various channels




- Conduct research on potential funding sources, industry trends, and best practices to identify current opportunities for growth
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing donor inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining positive relationships

Requirements Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with willingness to travel locally/regionally for donor and community engagement.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in fundraising or development roles with a track record of successful campaign management
- Excellent research skills to identify new funding opportunities and industry trends
- Effective marketing skills with the ability to craft persuasive messages that resonate with diverse audiences
- Exceptional customer service skills to foster long-term relationships with donors and stakeholders
- Familiarity with research methods relevant to nonprofit funding landscapes
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
