OUR VISION The game loved by all South Australians What You Will Love About This Job Based in the Northern and Yorke Peninsula region of South Australia, you will be a part of the energetic and hardworking team at SANFL spread around metro and regional areas delivering Footy across SA. You will be responsible for coordinating a variety of SANFL programs across the Woodville West Torrens and North Adelaide Football Club Country Zones.

These Programs Include Zone

Development – lead the zone participation strategy and deliver growth throughout Auskick, Club Football, new ways to play and Sporting Schools Evaluate program quality and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the participant experience and retention.

Administration – provide outstanding communication, program administration and support projects as required

Relationship building across all key stakeholders including the respective SANFL Clubs, Leagues, Clubs, Schools, and Local Government.

There Will Also

Be a Focus On The Following Collaborate with SANFL Community Program Leaders regarding specific focus areas including women & girls, multicultural, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island, disability and other inclusion programs.

Supporting both Woodville West Torrens and North Adelaide Football Club’s engagement and brand within the zones. Considerable travel across the region will be required and SANFL will supply a fully maintained vehicle. Our successful candidate will be required to reside in the zones and have program delivery responsibilities across afternoons / weekends, with occasional overnight travel. About You





Your enthusiasm and passion for the growing Footy is supported by experience and understanding of junior sport participation, and a demonstration of personal and professional development to grow relevant skills to successfully deliver the job. Your ability to foster strong relationships with schools and clubs will be driven by your delivery of quality footy experiences, support for volunteer workforces and professionally representing the SANFL and the SANFL Club brands. Your success in the role will be underpinned by the following: DHS Working with Children Check

Current South Australian Drivers Licence An empathy and understanding of Australian Rules football at various levels

Working knowledge of Safeguarding Children & Young Practices

Experience working with volunteers in a club sporting environment

Coaching and/or teaching experience
