We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our work sites, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe, organized environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to the success of our projects.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
- Support the setup and breakdown of job sites, including moving supplies and tools
- Perform general cleanup to maintain a secure and tidy work environment
- Help with basic construction or maintenance tasks under supervision
- Operate manual or power tools following safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures during daily operations
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Prior experience in interior remodelling is an asset
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside near Hamilton, ON
