Welcome Home Construction is a growing, vertically integrated construction company serving the Kitchener-Waterloo region. We self-perform across nine divisions — excavation, concrete, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, waterproofing, and more. The Role

We're looking for a versatile, hands-on handyman who can do a little bit of everything. You'll work across multiple job sites and divisions, supporting our crews and taking on a wide range of tasks. This is an ideal role for someone who likes variety, works independently, and wants to grow with a company that promotes from within.

What You'll Do

- Assist across trades: framing, concrete, demolition, site prep, finishing, and general repairs
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and drywall work as needed
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Support skilled tradespeople and mentor junior crew members

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in construction, renovation, or a skilled trade
- Ability to work across multiple trades and take direction
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious




- Physically able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors year-round
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Own basic tools (an asset)
