Northwest Forage Company is an Alberta-based forage production and export business. We are looking for reliable, hard-working Labourers to support our hay production, handling, and yard operations.

Responsibilities

- Assist with hay and forage handling, loading, and stacking
- Yard and site cleanup and general labour duties
- Support equipment operators and production crews
- Assist with wrapping, strapping, and preparing bales for shipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite

Qualifications

- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work long days during peak season
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Agriculture or construction experience an asset




- Equipment experience (forklift, skid steer, telehandler) an asset
