This role demands a strategic leader ready to oversee service flow, manage a dedicated team, and drive the company culture. Your hands-on approach will ensure the smooth integration of restaurant and brewery functions while maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage front- and back-of-house operations for daily service
- Lead scheduling and inventory alongside team coordination
- Monitor and resolve guest feedback professionally
- Coordinate closely with brewery operations for seamless service
- Build strong relationships with regulars and the local community Requirements:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Valid SmartServe and FoodSafe certifications
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- In-depth understanding of Toronto hospitality regulations
