We're currently looking for a General Manager to lead the team; someone who is passionate about hospitality, inspired by great food, and excited to build a culture where both guests and people thrive.

The ideal candidate:

- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a similar role
- A hospitality-first mindset (bonus points for reading 'Unreasonable Hospitality')
- A calm, kind, and steady presence with guests and team members, especially under pressure
- Experience with ordering, inventory management, scheduling, and payroll
- Labour and cost of goods control experience
- Knowledge of Italian aperitivi, food and wine is an asset (WSET is a plus!)
- Serving it Right & Food Safe Level 1 required
