About the Role

This role involves taking overall responsibility for local operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and creating strategies to meet business objectives. The position exists to support and enhance the performance of the organization through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee local operations and ensure they align with organizational goals.
- Support customers, dealers, and strategic partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Create and implement a strategy, annual budget, and business plan.
- Establish and achieve goals for sales, inventory, and production.
- Monitor and improve the operation's performance against key business metrics.
- Manage all local HR, staffing, and safety activities.
- Ensure safety requirements are met for employees, customers, and visitors.
- Continuously monitor and assess budget performance.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts.
- Foster a one-team approach and develop team members.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance the customer experience.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous leadership experience with a strong ability to develop people.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Email, and Calendar skills.
- Ability to handle complex assignments and multitask effectively.
- Strong understanding of the local market and vocational trades.
- Expertise in process compliance and sales tools.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, and technical).
