Overview:

Reporting to SVP Global Head of Marketing, the Global Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing strategic marketing initiatives to promote and enhance the global brand image and market presence of Prollenium’s injectable portfolio in Canada and US. This hands-on role will also lead and support the planning, execution, and commercialization of new product launches, ensuring successful cross-functional alignment and go-to-market execution. In addition to working with the Marketing team, this role will regularly collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, RD, Clinical, Customer Service, Logistics, and others) to implement marketing tactics, conduct market analyses, and deliver product launching initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support in the development of comprehensive brand strategies that reflect a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Conduct worldwide consumer behaviour market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, sales metrics, and competitive landscape.
- Oversee brand review operations, digital asset management,



and regulatory compliance (such as Health Canada, FDA rules or standard operating procedures).
- Lead end-to-end product launch planning and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D;, Clinical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans, marketing collateral, training materials, and post-launch performance assessments.
- Strategize, implement, and oversee cohesive marketing campaigns to proficiently engage the target audience.
- Ensure high-quality, relevant content across all marketing materials such as social media, online platforms, print media, and events to bolster brand promotion.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team and partner agencies to ensure uniform and impactful brand messaging
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Equip the sales teams with the necessary tools, promotional materials, and information to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition to customers.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to ensure sales teams are well-equipped to present the brand effectively.
- Partner with research and development, medical, clinical, and regulatory teams to translate complex science into clear marketing content
- Collaborate with International Marketing team to ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide regular reports to management.




- Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize future initiatives.
- Monitor return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) across different global regions
- Build and maintain strong, robust relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and industry partners.
- Contribute to creating marketing processes and guidelines to streamline the function.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or related field.
- Strong track record in successfully developing end-to-end product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Understanding of aesthetics market trends, customer behavior, and industry regulations preferred.
- Experience working in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related) with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance, and promotional review processes.
- Experience with CRM such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience managing brands in Canada & US.

Travel:

- Regular travel, up to 20-30% within Canada, US, and International
