Duties

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report any concerns promptly to ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and minibar items to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas like hallways, lobbies, and elevators by sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate tools and cleaning agents to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to provide a secure workplace for guests and staff.




- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the hotel’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in cleaning services, custodial work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts; ability to lift moderate loads is necessary.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures ensures effective and safe work practices.
