This position reportsdirectly to the Hail Centre Manager.

Job Summary:

The Hail Consultant plays an integral role in delivering thehighest level of service during a customer’s experience with BirchwoodCollision Centre. The successful candidate will have the ability to buildrapport, communicate needed repairs and costs, and follow up with customers toensure their overall satisfaction. The Hail Consultant will manage phoneinquiries, customer walk-ins, and the completion of appropriate paperwork abouthail repair orders.

Qualifications:

- Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment tocustomer satisfaction
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment, where teamwork isencouraged
- Completed post-secondary education in Business or relatedfield preferred
- High attention to detail with proven time management andorganizational skills
- A commitment to continuous learning and professionaldevelopment
- Comfortable using technology and Microsoft applicationsfor most day-to-day functions
- Valid driver’s license, clean driver abstract & owntransportation to and from work
