We are a growing log transportation company based in Prince George, BC, looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to keep our fleet operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks, trailers,
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, air, and brake system issues.
- Complete inspections for Cvip
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Respond to occasional roadside or emergency repairs as required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and provincial regulations.

Qualifications
- Journey Man or Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician or Truck & Transport Mechanic certification is an asset.
- Relevant heavy-duty mechanical experience will also be considered.
- Experience working on highway tractors, log trailers,



and diesel engines is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence (Class 1 or air brake endorsement is an asset).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
