- Lead and support the kitchen team
- Hire, train, and mentor cooks
- Maintain high food quality and consistency
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs
- Create effective kitchen systems
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Work with ownership to improve operations and grow the business

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or strong Sous Chef
- Passion for cooking and leadership
- Excellent organizational and communication skills




- Knowledge of food costing, inventory, and scheduling
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced breakfast and brunch environment
