They're looking for an experienced operations leader to help drive performance, improve efficiency, and build a high-performing team.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll have the opportunity to influence the direction of the business—not just manage the day-to-day operation.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead daily plant operations and production teams
- Develop production plans and optimize labour scheduling
- Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and plant performance
- Champion food safety, quality, and health & safety standards
- Oversee inventory, shipping, and production coordination
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Help implement and improve operational systems and processes

What We're Looking For

- Leadership experience in food manufacturing, meat, poultry,



seafood, or another fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience leading production teams and improving operational performance
- Robust knowledge of production planning, labour management, inventory, and continuous improvement
- A collaborative leader who enjoys coaching teams and driving positive change
