Monks is seeking an Associate Director of Paid Search to own the strategy and execution of large Shopping and Performance Max programs. You will lead a small team of search and feed specialists, ensure feed quality and structure, and connect paid search to the broader buying experience from query to PDP to conversion.

You will drive ROAS and current-customer acquisition, mentor staff, and stay ahead of platform changes such as Performance Max evolution.
