Responsibilities

- Assist residents or clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Administer medications accurately following established protocols and document all medication-related activities
- Support seniors through companionship, engagement, and emotional encouragement
- Feeding assist
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic environment in living spaces and common areas
- Monitor health status, report changes to healthcare professionals, and document observations diligently
- Provide specialized dementia care by implementing personalized routines and ensuring safety protocols are followed





Skills

- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly valued but not required.
- Demonstrated experience in senior care or home care environments
- Knowledge of caregiving best practices, including medication administration and hygiene support
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or those experiencing dementia
- Solid communication skills to interact empathetically with residents, families, and healthcare teams
- Capable of performing light cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently
- Compassionate attitude combined with patience, reliability, and attention to detail
