Duties

- Assist residents and clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
- Administer medications accurately according to care plans and document all medication-related activities meticulously
- Provide compassionate senior care, including companionship, emotional support, and engaging activities tailored to individual needs
- Support individuals with disabilities by implementing personalized care strategies that enhance their comfort and well-being
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition while respecting dietary restrictions and preferences




- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic and safe environment for residents and clients
- Monitor health status, report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals, and document observations thoroughly

Qualifications

- Previous experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in senior care, dementia care, or caring for individuals with disabilities is advantageous
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols is essential
- Solid caregiving skills with a genuine passion for supporting others’ health and happiness
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, residents, families, and healthcare providers
- Certification as a Health Care Aide or equivalent is required; ongoing training or certification updates are encouraged
