What You'll Be Doing

As a Heating Operations Labourer, you'll play an significant role in keeping our heating fleet operating efficiently by:

- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop
- Assisting with inventory organization and parts management
- Preparing, loading, unloading, and securing equipment for transport
- Transporting equipment using a company pickup truck and trailer
- Working safely while following company procedures and PPE requirements
- Assisting with the assembly, maintenance, and repair of industrial heating equipment
- Performing basic mechanical maintenance on pumps, valves, piping, burners, and related equipment
- Reading and following basic mechanical drawings and procedures
- Pressure testing, flushing, and preparing equipment for deployment




- Assisting with equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Learning the operation of industrial heating and water transfer systems
- Maintaining tools, shop equipment, and inventory

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:

- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Experience towing trailers is an asset
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Looking for a long-term career opportunity
- Interest in industrial equipment or pursuing a Class A Gasfitter ticket is an asset
