Duties

- Recruit, select, and onboard three high-performing teams tailored to project needs and organizational goals
- Develop detailed team structures, roles, and responsibilities to ensure clarity and efficiency
- Coordinate training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team capabilities
- Monitor team progress through regular check-ins, performance metrics, and feedback loops
- Facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders to align objectives and expectations
- Manage schedules, resource allocation, and logistical planning for smooth operations




- Foster a positive team workplace that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

- Proven experience in team leadership, project management, or organizational development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of individuals
- Ability to plan strategically, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly to changing demands
- Demonstrated success in recruiting and building effective teams from scratch or existing pools
- Knowledge of operational workflows and resource management best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining focus on objectives
