True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for a dependable Individual to join our team.

The Press Box Restaurant located inside hockey for all centre is hiring for Line Cooks. Join our team if you are passionate about creating delicious, high-quality food while delivering exceptional customer service. In his role, you'll help prepare safe, nutritious, and appetizing meals while supporting a positive dining experience for athletes, visitors, and event guests.

What to be excited for in this role:

- Prepare safe, nutritious, and high-quality food while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare menu items efficiently using quality cooking techniques and recipes.
- Assist the Chef with the preparation, production, and plating of meals for daily service and special events.
- Support kitchen operations by completing food preparation, cleaning, and dishwashing duties as required.
- Communicate effectively with the Chef, kitchen team, clients, and front-of-house staff.
- Create attractive and functional buffet displays that maximize guest flow and satisfaction.
- Prepare and execute catering functions while coordinating with Front of House staff and Managers.
- Prepare omelets, breakfast items, and other nutritious menu offerings using effective cooking methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

What we need from you:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook in a restaurant, banquet, or buffet environment.
- A valid Certified Food Handler Certificate required
- Availability to work a flexible schedule,



including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A qualified, positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and appearance.
- A passion for delivering attentive, exceptional customer service.
- The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced kitchen.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- A commitment to following all policies and procedures.
