Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all furnishings are maintained in excellent condition.
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by cleaning fixtures, mirrors, floors, and replenishing toiletries.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Restock cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently to support continuous operations.
- Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or industrial cleaning tasks when needed.
Experience
- Prior custodial or housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures related to industrial cleaning is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
