Lookout Housing and Health Society seeks an Outreach Worker to provide direct support and advocacy for adults facing housing instability, addictions, and mental health challenges. You will help clients access services, coordinate crisis interventions, and assist with finances and medications under COR-certified safety guidelines.

The role requires respirator fit testing readiness, a clean-shaven face for proper seal, and the ability to work with diverse communities.
