Your pivotal responsibilities include implementing training, developing crew learning briefs, and fostering a robust Nuclear Safety Culture (NSC). You'll analyze field observations and trends to enhance operations across complex nuclear projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and reinforce Human Performance program elements
- Facilitate NSC and Hu training for all team members
- Analyze field observations and develop action strategies
- Conduct Hu and NSC surveys and self-assessments
- Support teams with field observation techniques Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Education in a relevant field
- Solid teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in Human and Organizational Performance
- Knowledge of nuclear safety regulations
