Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager, this HRBP position is vital for supporting leaders and employees across Ontario.

You'll collaborate with the People & Culture team to implement key initiatives and uphold company policies. With responsibilities in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, your role will ensure effective HR practices locally. Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on HR strategy and people matters
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Ontario
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires and ensure cultural fit




- Provide employee relations support and guidance
- Contribute to performance management and talent reviews Requirements:
- 7+ years in HR, ideally as HRBP or Generalist
- Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
- Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- CHRP or CHRL designation preferred Leverage your expertise in HR strategy, recruitment, and employee relations to impact the Ontario operations of Associated Engineering.
