Job Summary

We are seeking an HVAC Installer to join our team. 90% Of our work is in Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam and Richmond.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

What We Do

- Residential and light commercial retrofits (ductless, central heat pumps, RTUs, furnaces)
- Renovations and New construction residential (HRVs, ERVs, central and ductless heat pumps, sheet metal ducting)
- Light commercial service, balancing and commissioning (RTUs, MUAs and Exhaust systems, split systems, commercial ventilation systems)

Duties

- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics.




- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units.
- Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems to determine the best course of action for repair.
- Work with various tools and equipment to build, plumb, weld, and maintain HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during installation processes.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Proficient in HVAC installation techniques.
- Experience in plumbing and brazing as it relates to HVAC systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
