Requirements:

- 5 years of hands-on experience integrating with hospital information systems such as Epic, Cerner, and MEDITECH.
- Strong specialist experience with SMART on FHIR, FHIR APIs, HL7v2, clinical launch context, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and secure healthcare application integration.
- Strong ReactJS development experience building provider-facing and/or patient-facing web applications.
- Strong Java and Spring Boot experience developing microservices, APIs, backend services, and integration components.
- Robust experience with Mirth integration engine, including HL7v2 message routing, transformation, validation, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Experience with clinical scheduling, encounter workflows, patient/provider context, healthcare data exchange, and hospital workflow integration.
- Experience designing and supporting secure, scalable, accessible, auditable, and maintainable healthcare application components.
