You will be responsible for the timely and accurate consolidation of financial reporting across multiple entities. This role requires strong interpersonal communication to work with portfolio companies and streamline financial processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the monthly consolidation and closing procedures
- Develop schedules and analyses for financial disclosures
- Coordinate with portfolio companies on financial closes
- Review quarterly accounting for accuracy and consistency
- Maintain documentation supporting SOX compliance Requirements:
- CPA designation (or underway)
- 3–5 years in a public accounting environment
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a quick-paced setting
