Direct experience in healthcare is preferred, alongside completion of an accredited Rehabilitation Assistant, Occupational Therapist Assistant, or Physiotherapist Assistant program. The role involves collaborating with an inter-professional healthcare team to provide effective patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care within the RA scope
- Collaborate effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Maintain patient confidentiality and respect dignity
- Demonstrate safe body mechanics during patient transfers
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Requirements:
- High school education meeting Manitoba standards
- Completed recognized RA or OTA/PTA program
