Incident Management ( MIM ) / Responsibilities
Ability to work nontraditional schedule for EST hrs
ITSM experience
4+yrs Major Incident Management experience
Deep understanding of ITSM practices (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)
Ability to disseminate summary, impacts and status updates around Major Incidents to broad audiences of varying levels
Proven capability to produce crisp and robust written communications.
High level understanding of industry standard technologies – network, cloud, application support, etc.
Verbal and Written communication
Ability to work with cross functional IT teams – internal and external (vendors/consultants)
Drive Major Incident calls/bridges – managing the participants with a focus on restoration actions
Proficient in Microsoft tools and other collaborative apps
Monitors trends in incidents and issues.
