Position Summary

Evolution Cleaning Co. is seeking experienced Independent Cleaning Contractors to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for self-employed cleaners looking to receive additional work without having to spend their own time and money on marketing, estimating, scheduling, invoicing, or customer acquisition.

As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility of subcontract work while representing a company that values professionalism, respect, communication, and quality.

We are currently seeking contractors with experience in one or more of the following:

- Residential Cleaning
- Commercial Cleaning
- Post-Construction Cleaning
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning

What You'll Do




- Complete residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning services to Evolution Cleaning Co.'s quality standards.
- Arrive on time, professionally dressed, and prepared for every appointment.
- Communicate promptly regarding scheduling or job updates.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists provided by Evolution Cleaning Co.
- Treat every client's home or workplace with professionalism, respect, and care.
- Report any concerns, maintenance issues, or damages immediately.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Deliver consistently high-quality work that reflects our company values.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional cleaning experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone with internet access
- Criminal Record Check (required before onboarding)
- Minimum of two professional references
- General Liability Insurance (required before accepting work)
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs)
- Robust attention to detail

Compensation

This is an independent contractor position.

Compensation is paid per completed job, not by the hour. Rates will be discussed during the interview process and will vary depending on the size, scope, and complexity of each project.
