We are seeking an experienced and passionate Indo-Chinese Hakka Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing authentic Hakka and Indo-Chinese cuisine in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and cleanliness.

ponsibilities

- Prepare and cook authentic Indo-Chinese and Hakka dishes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Prepare sauces, marinades, and ingredients according to restaurant recipes.
- Maintain food quality and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory and communicate ordering requirements.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Train and assist junior kitchen staff when required.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Indo-Chinese/Hakka Chef.




- Strong knowledge of Indo-Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, and wok cooking.
- Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Skills
- Experience preparing dishes such as Manchurian, Hakka Noodles, Chili Chicken, Fried Rice, Szechuan dishes, Momos, and other Indo-Chinese specialties.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
