Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent operational and technology initiatives across a dynamic mining and industrial environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple concurrent operational and technology projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocations, risk registers, dependencies, and project documentation while effectively managing competing priorities.
- Serve as the central coordination point between Digital Systems, mine and processing operations, Technical Services, business stakeholders, vendors, and end users to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, decision tracking, action item management, operational readiness activities, stakeholder communications, and change planning to support successful project delivery.
- Maintain project governance through ServiceNow Demand and Project Management (or equivalent project management tools),
providing accurate reporting on project status, budgets, risks, issues, deliverables, and executive updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, standardize governance practices, reduce duplication across initiatives, and promote continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience delivering multiple concurrent operational, infrastructure, or technology projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams that include technical specialists, business stakeholders, vendors, operational personnel, and leadership across complex organizations.
- Experience working within mining, heavy industry, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, or other critical infrastructure environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and project lifecycle best practices, with experience using ServiceNow Project & Demand Management, Microsoft Project, or similar project management platforms.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while building trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with operational technology (OT), enterprise infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or other digital transformation initiatives, combined with a proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach to project delivery.
Pay: $110-120 per/hour On-site in Calgary 2-3 days per week, and occasional travel to mine sites
