UMATTR is seeking an experienced, thoughtful and relationship-driven Institutional Partnerships and Sales Lead.
The successful candidate will help introduce UMATTR’s AI education, career-intelligence, consulting and workforce-readiness services to organizations that could benefit from practical and responsible AI support.

- Colleges, universities and training institutions
- Government and economic-development organizations
- Schools and educational networks
- International institutions and programme partners
This is a consultative role. The goal is not to send large volumes of generic messages. The goal is to understand an institution’s needs, identify a meaningful fit and build credible long-term relationships. What you may help with
- Building and managing an institutional partnership pipeline
- Researching suitable organizations and decision-makers
- Conducting professional outreach and follow-up
- Leading introductory and discovery conversations
- Understanding institutional challenges and programme needs
- Presenting UMATTR programmes and capabilities
- Developing partnership concepts and institutional proposals
- Coordinating pricing, scope and delivery discussions
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and next steps
- Supporting agreements, onboarding and partner handoffs
- Building referral and channel-partnership relationships
- Preparing pipeline updates, forecasts and activity reports
- Representing UMATTR professionally at virtual meetings and events
Required experience
- Institutional, B2B, education or consultative sales experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience managing a structured sales or partnership pipeline
- Ability to listen carefully and identify real organizational needs
- Professional proposal and presentation skills
- Strong follow-through and record-keeping
- Comfort working with senior institutional stakeholders
- Ability to communicate honestly without overstating products or outcomes
Strongly preferred
- Education, technology, workforce development or consulting experience
- Government, nonprofit or university partnership experience
- CRM experience
- Experience with pilots, licences, training programmes or service agreements
- International partnership development
- Experience moving opportunities from outreach to signed agreements
